koko korea, little Bourke st melbourne

Wow, Mamma was really impressed when we recently dined in at Koko Korea. First up, Mamma couldn’t decide between katsu curry or Korean fried chicken - until we realised you can order curry with KFC! No need to decide between two, have both!

Next up, the kiddos choice of pork belly ramen made everyone else at the table envious. The stock was rich, smokey and creamy! For the littlest one, an order of chicken and rice without the sauce was the way to go and the complimentary leek and potato soup was outrageously good!

Other menu items include bibimbap, rice dishes, udon and soba noodles, soup, burgers and curry. There are also some pastries and coffee available at the front counter.

The indoor seating is cosy with warm lighting, and there’s surprisingly a lot of seating over the two levels.
