banh mi stand, flinders lane

New and popular, Banh Mi Stand is a hole in the wall serving delicious banh mi’s in the city with some gorgeous Vietnam-like seating - crates and tiny stools on the footpath. Mamma just loves this!

Choices include the Stand Special which Mamma tried and includes 3 different styles of pork! On fresh bread and weighty fillings, it’s a winning combo. Cold cuts, chicken and roasted rice tofu are also on the menu with the friendly staff happy to cater to any opt-ins or outs.

Drinks include pimped up cà phê sữa đá versions - salt iced coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut ice cream (very delicious)! There are sides and we love the crispy chips - they have a slightly sweet salt on them which makes them really moreish.

If you need to grab a quick bite and rest in the shade, this sure is a place to add to your list!
