Handmade noodles made fresh to order? Yes please!

Bowltiful serves beef noodles in the Muslim Lanzhou style of Northwest China. Everything is halal and the way it works is this:

Choose your noodle - thin, thick round, semi wide, extra wide, there are heaps of options!
Select your dish - beef soup, dry noodle, hot & spicy lamb, etc
Bang on some sides - potato salad (amazing), pickles (yum), lamb skewers (ugh, delish), steam buns (yes please!)
Watch your noodles literally get whipped up in the kitchen
Pop on a bib, stir your noodles and slurp away!

Two locations are in the city with the original on Elizabeth St and the newly opened shop on Swanston St (pictured here).

Mamma and the kids had a great time here! There is no kids menu, so if you’re coming with more than one kid, maybe order one to share. Mamma says the bibs double as capes for city adventures after noodles :) Enjoy!
