Sunsets, picnics and live music is one of the best ways to spend the Summer. Add friends, family and the sounds of wild animals in the background and you’re set for a night to remember. Zoo Twilights are here and this year they have pulled through with all the greats. The line up is incredible with some Australian favourites like Meg Mac, Methel Ethel, Cat Empire and loads more. Watch them play as you sit or dance under the stars and enjoy the vibe.
Little ones have space to explore and run around while the folks can sit and relax. Mamma says pack a picnic rug and get in early to reserve a spot. It can get pretty busy!
The food options are endless. Grab a bite to eat at one of the food trucks, pre-order a hamper, or bring your own food. Whichever you fancy. There are also a couple of pop up bars where you can indulge in a vino.
Zoo Twilights is a great chance to enjoy to the summer vibes and relax!
Mamma's special mention: You can head into the Melbourne Zoo before the event and check out some the animals before they head for a nap. The Zoo opens at 5.30pm and music doesn’t begin till 7pm, giving you enough time to explore.
