Could there be a better way to enjoy the Summer than hanging out in retro caravans, playing outdoor games and listening to live music. Mamma doesn’t think so!
Summertime Social has opened in the carpark at Federation Square and it’s got everyone enjoying the sunshine. Look how pretty this place is!
Pull up a deck chair or try out the giant lawn games. There is also Games Lanes where you can try your luck at some classics like shuffleboard, skittles or bocce for $10 a session.
There are food options for all ages. Grab a picnic pack or feast into the tasty chicken, burgers and wood fired pizza. Not to mention the delicious cocktails for the adults. There are simple options for those little fussy eaters too. Little miss devoured her cheese pizza that was cooked to perfection - while Mamma enjoyed a divine Mango Slushie.

Mamma's special mention: There is lots happening in and around the city during the Summer but wondering the laneways are always most fun. Check out Hoiser Lane is just across the road and worth checking out. See if you can find a Banksy piece.
